Sometimes a glitch occurs where the customer, despite entering the correct username and password, is not accepted by the cnaZone platform and receives an "Invalid login attempt" error. See the image below for reference.
Here are two solutions to resolve the issue.
- The long workaround
- Using LBPAdming, change the username and email of the account to an email you'll have access to, like a spare email
- Initiated a reset password using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page
- Using the reset password email, reset the password but still used the same customer password as the new one
- Going back to LBPAdmin, change the username and email back to what it was before
- Check if the issue is resolved by using the customer's credentials to log into
- The short workaround
- Ask the customer to initiate a password reset using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page
- Don't forget to remind the customer to check the spam/junk folder, if the reset password email is not found in the inbox
