When customers forget their passwords, the RxCe platform provides a "Forgot your password?" link that will send a reset password email to whatever the customer's username is. This link can be found on the login page: https://rxce.com/Identity/Account/Login
Alternatively, the customer can be provided with the "Forgot your password?" link: https://rxce.com/Identity/Account/ForgotPassword
Some customers will type in an email not associated with their RxCe account. When this is the case, a reset password email will not be sent. This feature will only work if the customer types in their RxCe username/email.

Please note that some email providers filter incoming emails, especially automated ones. Some emails are filtered and rerouted to the spam/junk folder, and some are blocked and/or completely removed. It is recommended that customer be advised to check their spam/junk folder if the reset password email is not found in their inbox.
It is the customer support agents' goal to help customers understand and navigate through the RxCe platform. If technical help is needed and/or the customer is unable to reset their password, the LBPAdmin tool cannot show RxCe account passwords but has the function to reset the password and provide a temporary one that can be changed by the customer once they regain access to their accounts.
TO RESET AND PROVIDE A TEMPORARY PASSWORD
Use the LBPAdmin tool to pull up the customer's account and click "Reset Password"
Then click on "Reset", and provide the default temporary password to the customer.
