There will be customers who will no longer want to renew their subscription and will request to cancel it before the renewal date. These requests in advance usually come with cnaZone's reminder email. Refer to the image below as an example.
There are times when customers use a different email than what is associated with their accounts. This will come as a challenge in locating their subscription information on both LBPAdmin and Stripe. In cases like these, the Subscription ID can be copied and used to search for the customer's data on Stripe. Please refer to the images below:
