Some customers may NOT RECEIVE or find it challenging to receive the invitation link to join a live webinar for several reasons:
- The customer may have mistyped their email address upon registration.
- Some email providers route automated response emails like invitations, reset passwords, and verifications to the spam/junk folder. Some even block it completely.
To resolve this issue, reach out to Julius Edralin or William Cook to provide the link for the specific live webinar for you to provide to the customer.
It is also recommended that the customer is educated that there is another way to join the live webinar. Below are the instructions:
- Log into your RxCe account.
- Click on the "Live Webinars" tab.
- Click on the "Register for Webinar" button.
- Type in your first name, last name, and email (the email typed in should be the same as your RxCe username to be identified in the attendance verification).
- Click on the "Join Webinar" button (the "Join Webinar" button will only show up if these steps are followed when the Live Webinar has already started).
Please note that attendees may join the Live Webinar up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time, unless there was a previously scheduled live webinar. If there was a previously scheduled Live Webinar, then the succeeding live webinar can be joined at exact the scheduled time.
