At times, an error occurs when the RxCe platform submits and reports completed courses to CPE Monitor.


This article guides resolving CPE MONITOR submission errors if the course being submitted is OUTDATED. Steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Use LBPAdmin>RxCe>Test
  2. Check the RxCe course code
  3. Check if there is a later version by clicking on the "Add test" button
  4. Click the dropdown and type the course title. The later versions will have a letter at the end. Ask Julius Edralin, Elizabeth Sholey, or Will Cook, if unsure.
  5. Add the selected course by clicking on the "Create" button
  6. Look for the added course and edit it. Also click on edit for the outdated course to see its data (open this on a different window)
  7. Copy the data from the outdated course to the recently added one and click on the save button at the bottom
  8. Check the customer's account by logging in as the customer on the RxCe platform, and click on "Click to Check" to see if there will be an error
  9. When the course shows that it has successfully been reported, go back to Use LBPAdmin>RxCe>Test and delete the outdated course
