Some customers are not able to find the invitation link in their inbox and spam/junk folder, and some may encounter an error or are unable to join using their RxCe accounts. In case of the mentioned circumstances please check if the live webinar is currently ongoing.
If the live webinar is ongoing, agents may send an invitation link to join the ongoing live webinar. It is crucial to remind customers that they need to register using their RxCe account username/email.
If the live webinar is "not yet ongoing" (customer inquiring in advance), please educate the customer about the different ways that they can join a live webinar.
- The first, is to use the link provided in your email on the day of the scheduled webinar. There will be a "Join Webinar" button that you can use on the day of the live webinar. You may join the live webinar 30mins before the scheduled time. It is recommended to join about 10mins before, to ensure that the customer is present at the start and to have time to address any possible technical issues with their device/s and/or internet connection.
- The second one, is to log into their RxCe account, click on "Live Webinars" and click on "Register for Webinar" or "Join Webinar", just like when they are registering for the first time. If they do this step around 30mins before the scheduled webinar, instead of getting the "register" button, they will see a "click to join" button, click it and they will be good to go.
