Ideally, the unlimited package for an RxCe account should activate immediately after payment. However, there are instances when this does not occur.
When a customer contacts Customer Support inquiring about charges despite having an unlimited package, these are the steps to follow:
- Use LBPAdmin>RxCe and log in as the customer.
- Check Manage my Account>Receipts
- if a current receipt is present,use LBPAdmin>RxCe>Plan(s) and add an unlimited package expiring 1 year after the purchase date on the receipt.
- if there is no receipt, check using Stripe>RxCe to confirm transaction payment.
- if payment cannot be confirmed, get back to the customer and ask if he/she is referring to a different account.
- if payment is confirmed, add an unlimited package using LBPAdmin>RxCe>Plan(s) expiring 1 year after the purchase date on the Stripe.
- Check Manage my Account>Receipts
