1. Using the email username, search for previous request/s for editing the CNA license number.
2. Using the email username, search for the name of the customer in "Stripe". Do not use the name on the account or LBPAdmin, since the user can easily change this.
3. Check if the existing CNA license number is the same as the name of the customer found in Stripe. This can be checked at https://cvl.cdph.ca.gov/SearchPage.aspx

After steps 1, 2, and 3, a conclusion can be made if the request for Updating/Change/Correcting CNA license number is justified. Keep in mind that the goal of these steps is to prevent account sharing. If a conclusion cannot be made, escalate to Will and/or Lizzy.

Suggested response for a denied request:

Hi [Customer name],

Thank you for your email. We cannot change the CNA license number for this account. cnaZone only allows one person per account. The CNA license number on the account is correct in relation to the owner. You may create a new account using this link: https://cnazone.com/Identity/Account/RegisterSharing an account will cause conflict for the credentials of both the owner of the account and the one sharing it.

Thank you.
