Problem: Customer says they aren't receiving a verification email.


Solution 1: 


  1. Enter the email address they have written from into LBP Admin. 
  2. If that is what they used to create their account, then click "Edit", then click "EmailConfirmed", and then save.
  3. Write the customer and tell them they can now log in to their account.


Solution 2:

  • If their email doesn't appear, write the customer and let them know that their email is not appearing in our database. Ask if they have another email address that could have been used to create their account.
