Problem Email Example: "On 4/27 I purchased the $59 plan and did not print the receipt. Please email the receipt at your earliest convenience."


Solution 1:

  1. First, make sure this person's receipt exists. Go to LBPAdmin >> RXCEAdmin >> Customers >> and type in the customer's first or last name in the search bar.
  2. If you are unsure of which account is the customer's or can't find it, ask the customer to supply the incorrectly typed email address.
  3. If you can't still find it escalate the email to Doug, Will, or William


Solution 2:

  1. Go to LBPAdmin >> RXCEAdmin >> Customers >> and type in the customer's first or last name in the search bar.
  2. After the customer is found, press 'Log In As This User'.
  3. Go to the User's account and navigate to My Info/Courses >> Manage Account >> Invoices. Verify that the receipt you want to print is there.
    • If you can't find the receipt, escalate the email to Doug/Will/Wm
  4. Now tell them how to get to that page and provide a link to it
    1. If they are still having issues with this, log in as them again, find the receipt link (it will start with pay.stripe.com), and just send them a direct link to it.

To print a receipt, go to My Info/Courses >> Manage Account >> Invoices, and you'll see your receipt for the purchase on 4/26/23. Here's a link to the page if that's useful: https://rxce.com/Identity/Account/Manage/Invoices
