Problem Email Example: "On 4/27 I purchased the $59 plan and did not print the receipt. Please email the receipt at your earliest convenience."
Solution 1:
- First, make sure this person's receipt exists. Go to LBPAdmin >> RXCEAdmin >> Customers >> and type in the customer's first or last name in the search bar.
- If you are unsure of which account is the customer's or can't find it, ask the customer to supply the incorrectly typed email address.
- If you can't still find it escalate the email to Doug, Will, or William
Solution 2:
- Go to LBPAdmin >> RXCEAdmin >> Customers >> and type in the customer's first or last name in the search bar.
- After the customer is found, press 'Log In As This User'.
- Go to the User's account and navigate to My Info/Courses >> Manage Account >> Invoices. Verify that the receipt you want to print is there.
- If you can't find the receipt, escalate the email to Doug/Will/Wm
- Now tell them how to get to that page and provide a link to it
- If they are still having issues with this, log in as them again, find the receipt link (it will start with pay.stripe.com), and just send them a direct link to it.

Hi [customer name],
To print a receipt, go to My Info/Courses >> Manage Account >> Invoices, and you'll see your receipt for the purchase on 4/26/23. Here's a link to the page if that's useful: https://rxce.com/Identity/Account/Manage/Invoices.
